Gaze Arcade runs Gaze Arcade at gazearcade.com and its games on gazearcade.com subdomains. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the whole arcade; each game adds its own details below.
Camera video is never sent over the network
Our games track your eyes and head entirely in your browser. Video frames are processed on your device and are never uploaded, recorded, stored or shared. Calibration data is saved only in your browser's local storage. If a future game ever works differently, its section below will say so before you turn on the camera.
Your account
One account works across all Gaze Arcade games. We store your username, email address, a hashed password or your Google account ID and profile picture, plus IP addresses and user agents in sessions and rate limits for security, kept only as long as needed.
Games
Eye Breakout
- Guest play: a random guest account and your game results (score, levels, duration, control mode). Signing in moves your guest results to your account.
- Profile: anything you add (bio, country, gender, social links). Your username, avatar, the profile details you fill in, game stats and leaderboard positions are public. Gender is private unless you choose to show it. Your email is never shown.
- Support payments: amount, currency, status, the optional name and message you enter, and Stripe reference IDs. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. See the support and refund policy.
Who processes data for us
- Stripe for payments
- Our email provider for confirmation and password-reset emails
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google
- Google Analytics for aggregate usage statistics (cookie-free, without advertising features)
- Our hosting and database providers
We don't sell your data and don't use advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can edit your profile and delete your account in settings, which removes your profile, scores and rankings in every game. Payment records are kept without your account link where the law requires it. For access, correction or any other request, contact info@gazearcade.com.
